What the Academy Will Offer
Selection:
- Self-Assessment, ENC Assessment, Contract for Admission
- Online assessment of resources, mission, culture, leadership, capacity, infrastructure
Hands On Training:
- 2 Day Intensive Workshop and follow up
Consultation and/or Site Visits:
- 1 on 1 consultation and/or site visits
- Identifying challenges, gaps, and critical areas
Ongoing Learning Community:
- Learning environment includes chatting, blogs, online and onsite conferences and seminars, workshops, and check in conference calls.
Ongoing Reporting/Tracking:
- Identified metrics will be logged onto the website by the organization as requested
